This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use the Forma mobile app (the “App”), for what purposes and how. By using the App you are deemed to accept this policy. Data controller: the developer of the Forma app (“we”). Contact: ozcebimert@gmail.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
For plan generation, meal photo analysis and the AI coach, the relevant data (body info, preferences, photo, chat message) is sent to our AI provider Anthropic (Claude models) and processed only to generate a response. This data is not used to train the provider's models.

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your account and all related data (profile, plans, measurements, logs) are permanently deleted from our database.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing of, and request portability of your data.
Forma is not directed at users under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
All data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, never in clear text. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access.
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we notify you in the App; the current version is always published on this page.
